Do you accept returns in-store?
We accept (unworn / unwashed / tags in place) items with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns of furniture, bralettes, leggings, or jewelry or any items on sale.
 
Can I buy online and return it in-store?
We can accept (unworn / unwashed / tags in place) items that were purchased online inside Whimsical Details store location. You must bring your packing slip into the store along with your item to return within 14 days of delivery.
 
Can you deliver furniture?
Whimsical Details offers delivery for $85 within Yakima County. Please let us know if you have any questions about our delivery fee.

Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the United States. 
 
 
How much will shipping cost?
All orders are currently shipped with free shipping for 5-10 business days! :)
 
 
How long does shipping take and what shipping methods do you use?
All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.
  • Free & Standard Shipping (USPS First Class and Priority): 5-10 business days
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
 
 
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow 24hrs for the link to activate. 
 
 
What is your online purchase return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us. Items in new condition (unworn / unwashed / tags in place) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Sale items, jewelry, bralettes, and leggings are final sale. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, please contact us at tifferscreates@gmail.com and we'll make things right.
 
To return an item please follow the steps below:
  1.  Include a copy of the packing slip and/or confirmation email from your order.

Once your return is received, the items will be inspected and processed. Please allow between 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
