In-Store Policies
Do you accept returns in-store?
We do not accept returns for products, but we do offer in-store exchanges.
- We can accept (unworn / unwashed / tags in place) items that were purchased online or inside Whimsical Details for an exchange within 14 days of purchase.
- Furniture / Jewelry / Leggings / Bralettes / Home decor are NON-eligible items for exchange.
Can you deliver furniture?
Whimsical Details offers delivery for $85 within Yakima County. Please let us know if you have any questions about our delivery fee.

We currently only ship within the United States.
How much will shipping cost?
All orders are currently shipped with free shipping for 5-10 business days! :)
How long does shipping take and what shipping methods do you use?
All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.
